Chocolate Bark with Dried Cranberries
This is the recipe of simple but very tasty dessert. In fact, it’s a great way to add your favorite fillings to the chocolate 😉 I’ve used pistachios, cashews, pecans and dried cranberries. You can certainly add something special here – for example saltine crackers, which, by the way, can create an interesting contrast of flavors.
Ingredients:
200 g milk or dark chocolate
50 g white chocolate
100 g nuts (pistachios, pecans, cashews)
30-40 g dried cranberries
Melt chocolate on the waterbath (milk and white separately).
Spread milk chocolate on a parchment paper in 3-5 mm layer. Sprinkle with roughly chopped nuts and cranberries.
Put melted white chocolate into the packet, cut the angle and pour chocolate over the nuts.
Put bark into the refrigerator to freeze for 15-20 minutes.
Break into pieces and enjoy.
